HELP! I can't beat Lance in Heart-Gold!

My Pokemon:

Tyflocen LV 64

Ho-Oh LV 52

Sissor LV 64 (My brother's)

Lugia LV 50 (My brother's)

Togapi LV 35

Dohnphan LV 33

Just use Ice, Rock, Electric .

Lance is very challenging. I had to fight him over and over before i beat him

yep. i traded over my dragonite, lv. 70, 2 beat the 1st dragon trainer. at that 2 all the other level 50's and my level 65 ryolu, and she was ez

Out of all the moves that Togepi would use is Ice type attacks ? No .

Oh ! Use Rotom !! If আপনি change it into half Ice and half Electric, আপনি can surely beat him !! And Rotom is kinda fast, so আপনি get to hit them before he does .

Also, ice would be ur best choice because a dagonite is dragon/flying, which makes ice super duper effective. Plus, he has 3 of them! 😊
