But compared to Red's pikachhu from the জাপানি কমিকস মাঙ্গা it's a magikarp. In the জাপানি কমিকস মাঙ্গা Red is one of (if not THE) best trainer of the region. He actually uses his brain in combat. The pokemon world in the জাপানি কমিকস মাঙ্গা is a lot harsher than the জীবন্ত world (Pokemons are used as weapons to kill humans and other pokemons). Ash would probably get destroyed দ্বারা a যেভাবে খুশী ratata from the manga. So No as per জাপানি কমিকস মাঙ্গা standards (it'd be one of the weakest).

I think pichuchu he meant is an rare(not in the pokedex ) pokemon card on the trading card game.
