The sun was rising slowly over the horizon, and the দিন was just starting to begin for many of the residents in the town of Pallet. In particular, for one young boy, this দিন was far আরো important than any other old day. Because on this day, this young man would be turning ten years old.
"Torian, it's time to get up!" A woman ব্যক্ত loudly as she stood দ্বারা a stove, the sound of বেকন cooking sizzling in the background. She had wavy light brown hair that stopped mid back, sky blue eyes, and wore a simple sky blue track suit.
After receiving no reply, she turned to her younger daughter that almost completely resembled her, who sat quietly at the টেবিল পাঠ করা a book. "Alice, would আপনি mind waking up your brother for me? Breakfast is almost ready." She requested, before returning her focus to her cooking.
The Girl, Alice, simply put down her book and rose from her chair. "Yes ma'am." She answered quietly, before making her way upstairs and to her brother's room. Upon arriving, she knocked on the door a few times, calling her brother's name after every few knocks.
After receiving no answer, she simply let herself in, not surprised to find the boy out like a light on his bed. "This is sad..." She ব্যক্ত with a sigh, before going over to Torian and tapping him on the shoulder softly, almost knowing that it would prove to be pointless.
"Tori...Tori, wake up. Mom ব্যক্ত it's time for breakfast." Seeing even this didn't wake him, she scowled, before a devious smirk crept across her face. "Well, if that didn't wake আপনি up..." Taking a deep breath, she cupped his hands around her mouth.
"WAKE UP!"
Torian bolted to his feet immediately, his eyes widening in panic as his eyes darted around the room. However, they quickly changed from panic to anger when he saw Alice, clutching her stomach and rolling on the floor laughing.
"That wasn't funny!" He growled angrily, though this only seemed to make the youner Girl laugh harder. "You were all like...'' She proceeded to mock Torian's reaction, stopping to laugh several times during her reinactment.
Torian raised his fist as if about to মুষ্ট্যাঘাত her, but stopped when he saw their mother standing across from them in the doorway, a dissaproving look on her face."You two...." She trailed off, before grabbing both children দ্বারা the ear and dragging them down stairs.

"Okay, now, let's eat!" She ব্যক্ত cheerfully, picking up her fork and beginning to eat her eggs. Torian and Alice both were holding their ears delicately as they each picked up their forks as well, before also proceeding to start eating.
After a few মিনিট of quiet, their mother decided to finally speak. "So, Torian. Have আপনি decided which pokemon you'll choose from?" Torian blinked a bit in surprise at the যেভাবে খুশী question, before nodding.
"Yeah....it was a tough choice between Bulbasaur, Charmander, and Squirtle....but i think i made the best choice for me!" His mother smiled a little bit, before speaking again. "Well, can আপনি tell me what it was?"
"Well, if i were going on a journey, i'd pick either Bulbasaur অথবা Squirtle. Especially considering the first gym you'll face specializes in-" "No! Don't tell me! I want it to be a surprise!" Torian cut Alice off.
"Besides, I'm not saying anything about my choice! It'll be a surprise!" Torian declared, and his mother smiled again. "Then আপনি should probably hurry and finish eating then. আপনি don't want to be late, do you?"
With that, Torian began to eat his breakfast again, and at a notably quicker pace as well.

"See ya later Mom!" Torian called as he hurriedly tied his red sneakers, having put his red short sleeved জ্যাকেট and blue jeans on immediately after finishing his meal. Grabbing his baseball টুপি from the couch, he picked up his backpack and headed for the door.
His mother nodded, before turning back to Alice as he walked out of the door. "Now, I believe আপনি and me need to talk about your little request, right?" Alice grinned, nodding ecstatically as she and her mother both returned to their seats at the table.

"Torian! Wait for me!" Torian blinked, stopping as he turned around to see a girl approaching him, waving frantically. However, when she got within a few feet of him, she tripped on a stray rock, causing her to fall অগ্রবর্তী and into him, sending both to the ground with a heavy thud.
"Ow...." Torian groaned as he managed to get back on his feet, rubbing his sore back. "Heheh, sorry about that..." The girl trailed off with a nervous laugh, rubbing her arm in embarrassment. She had platinum blonde hair and bright energetic green eyes, and wore a purple suit জ্যাকেট with a purple skirt, and purple boots.
"Seriously Charlotte? That's the eighth time this week...you've gotta work on your greetings." পুডিংবিশেষ gave another nervous chuckle, before trying to change the subject. "Anyway, let's just head to the lab already! I'm sure Quincy is already there waiting for us!" With that, she pulled Torian off hurriedly towards the lab.

"About time আপনি two got here. I've been waiting for ages." He complained, and at this, Torian pointed a thumb at Charlotte, who began to laugh nervously at the two boys. "Of course....Charlotte, আপনি never fail to find new ways to annoy me, do you?"
পুডিংবিশেষ scratched her head awkwardly, swet dropping. "Heh heh....well, ya'see...i-" Her answer was cut short when the door to the lab opened, revealing an aged man with gray hair and a lab কোট tha reached past his knees. "Oh? আপনি three are here, hm? Well what are আপনি waiting for? Please, come inside."
The three children all nodded, following behind the professor as he headed back into the lab, closing the door after everyone came in. He then began walking, motioning for the children to follow. "Your pokemon are in my personal lab. I've been keeping them in শীর্ষ condition for you."
Quincy slightly shifted his glasses with his finger. "We appreciate the effort, professor. It must be hard work taking care of three pokemon at the same time." He commented, and the professor nodded in reply. "Yes. But I do enjoy it regardless. It it my job after all."
As he finished his sentence, the group arrived at a large room with numerous screens lining the walls, and large pieces of technology the three children didn't recognize were placed randomly throughout. In the middle of the room, a single podium stood, at the শীর্ষ of the podium a clear glass case containing three pokeballs.
"Hey! Professor, are those the pokemon we'll be choosing from?" Torian questioned excitedly as he and পুডিংবিশেষ ran over to the glass case immediately upon spotting it. Both the professor and Christian sweat dropped at their excitedness, before the old man nodded.
"Yes. I trust আপনি three already know what they are, considering your my শীর্ষ students in my lectures for the younger kids, but I will give আপনি a few details about them anyway." He opened up the case, taking the left pokeball and pressing the release button.
As the capturing device popped open, a white light streamed out of it, slowly taking form until it revealed a small dinosaur like creature with a large bulb on it's back with a few leaves holding it in place. The pokemon gave a small smile at the three, before the professor cleared his throat to begin speaking.
"This is Bulbasaur. It's a ঘাস type pokemon, and it has the ability overgrow, that powers up ঘাস type moves when it's in a critical condition during battle. It currently knows vine whip, tackle, and leer." He informed, and all three of the children looked at the pokemon in awe. Quincy in particular.
Professor Oak then picked up the middle pokeball, once আরো pressing the release button and allowing the pokemon free. What emerged was an কমলা টিকটিকি like pokemon with a cream colored stomach, and a small torch like flame on it's medium length tail. It was grinning and jumping around happily.
"Next there is Charmander. It is a আগুন type pokemon and has Blaze, an ability that powers up it's আগুন type moves when it has taken immense amounts of damage. It currently knows the moves scratch, ember, and growl." Once আরো the children looked in awe at the pokemon, though Torian looked especially
interested.
Lastly, he picked up the right pokeball, for the third time pressing the release button on the pokeball, and a stream of light shot from the white and red device. The light revealed itself to be a light blue কচ্ছপ like pokemon with a brown shell and oddly shaped tail.
"Last but not least is squirtle. It is a water type pokemon with the torrent ability, which powers up it's water type moves when it's low on health. It currently knows the moves Bubble, Tackle, and Leer." পুডিংবিশেষ began to look starry eyed at the turtleokemon, gushing about how cute it was, causing the three males to all sweat drop.
"Well....I assume we all know which pokemon পুডিংবিশেষ wants then?" When Torian and professor Oak both nodded in agreement, পুডিংবিশেষ beamed and ran over to Squirtle, grabbing it into a tight hug. "Hey there cutie! My name's Charlotte, and I'll be your trainer from here on out!"
Quincy stepped অগ্রবর্তী next, quietly walking over to Bulbasaur with a blank expression. Bulbasaur gave him a curious look, before Quincy finally gave it a small smile. "My name is Quincy, and I wish to become your trainer. Will that be acceptable to you?"
As Bulbasaur happily jumped into Quincy's arms, Torian and Charmander locked eyes. "Heh. Guess we're the odd ones out, huh?" Charmander nodded slowly, and Torian grinned as he began heading towards the টিকটিকি pokemon. "Well, even if we were forced together, i was gonna pick আপনি anyway."
He then extended his hand to Charmander, offering his hand. Charmander placed it's hand on Torian's, প্রদর্শিত হচ্ছে it approved of him. As each of the three children met their pokemon, Professor Oak went to his desk, picking up three different colored devices, giving each of them a different color, with Torian getting red, Quincy Green, and পুডিংবিশেষ Blue.
"These are your Pokedexes. They'll help আপনি along your journies দ্বারা identifying any pokemon আপনি see along the way, and giving আপনি some information about them." Torian, along with the other two, gave a nod. The professor smirked then. "And, speaking of the Pokedex, i guess i should also tell আপনি about the Pokemon Master Challenge."
This instantly caught the attention of Torian and Quincy. "Pokemon Master Challenge?" Both asked simultaneously, and Oak's smirk widened into a full blown grin. He knew this would spark আগুন in them. Looking to the still relatively neutral (At least when it came to her) Charlotte, he also had known that পুডিংবিশেষ had never been a serious battler.
She had always been আরো of a 'just for the fun of it' type of person. That ws why he also knew just the type of thing to get her motivated...though, that could wait for just a little bit. "Yes. The Pokemon Master Challenge. In order to enter the tournament that would allow আপনি to become a pokemon master upon আপনি winning, আপনি must have collected all the badges of one region, completed the entire pokedex of that region, and be the champion of that region."
Both Torian and Quincy gave each other a competitive grin. This sounded pretty fun. "And of course, because i know that পুডিংবিশেষ here isn't much of a battler, i have a special request for her." পুডিংবিশেষ looked up to him in surprise, but he simply continued speaking. "I want পুডিংবিশেষ here, to try her hand at being a Pokemon Breeder."
All three children looked at him questioningly. "Well, আপনি see. I have noticed how gentle she is with pokemon, and how she seems to understand them very well. I figured that it was the perfect thing for her to do!" পুডিংবিশেষ stared blankly for a few seconds, before her face exploded into a bright and wide smile.
"It sounds amazing! I totally wanna do something like that!" She ব্যক্ত happily. "Does Pokemon Breeding have some sort of competiton then, like Contests অথবা the Pokemon League?" Torian cut in. Professor Oak nodded. "Yes. They are called 'Pokemon Breeding Tournaments'. There are several stages that a Breeder gos through, even battles in one of the final stages, to প্রদর্শনী how well the condition of their Pokemon is."
Torian and পুডিংবিশেষ both exclaimed 'cool!', with wide eyed stares. "That sounds like it'd be awesome!" পুডিংবিশেষ commented, and Torian nodded his head in agreement. "I'm happy with your, erm, enthusiam." The professor finished awkwardly.
Quincy quietly adjusted his glasses again. "Well, if that's all, we should get going. We don't want to be left on Route 1 in the middle of the night because we stayed here all day, do we?" And with a few আরো words, Torian, Quincy, Charlotte, and Professor Oak parted ways.

"What is it?" পুডিংবিশেষ felt her cheeks slightly warm up as she began poking her fingers together. "Well, ya'see...i thought that we...should all travel together y'know? I mean, we're all Childhood friends, and we work well together, and-"
"I'm afraid i can't, sorry." Quincy cut her off before she could continue. পুডিংবিশেষ looked to him with a shocked expression, tears on the corner of her eyes. "It isn't that i don't want to, but i feel as if i'll be holding myself back traveling with আপনি guys. I'm sure it'd be fun, but i just have this gut feeling that i need to journey alone."
Torian smirked at him. "I get it bro. আপনি wanna do this on your own, because আপনি know it'll make আপনি stronger, right?" Quincy nodded. "Well then, i'm all for it man." He extended his hand. "Good luck to you, Quincy. I hope we meet again soon!" Quincy smirked, shaking his hand. "Same here."
পুডিংবিশেষ watched the two quietly, before with a sigh, wiped her eyes, and with a smile, walked up to Quincy. "Good luck on your journey, Quincy. and don't forget to check in once in a while, alright?" Quincy smiled at her. "Alright. And good luck to আপনি as well, with the breeding and all that."
Torian suddenly blinked, as if remembering something. "Oh, right! There was something i wanted to ask you, Quincy." He unclipped Charmander's Pokeball from his belt, holding so it was facing Quincy. "Before we বিভক্ত করা ways and leave Pallet Town...."
Quincy seemed to know what he was saying, and with a smirk, unclipped Bulbasaur's Ball and mirrored Torian.
"....I want to challenge আপনি to a battle!"

Torian and পুডিংবিশেষ both exclaimed 'cool!', with wide eyed stares. "That sounds like it'd be awesome!" পুডিংবিশেষ commented, and Torian nodded his head in agreement. "I'm happy with your, erm, enthusiam." The professor finished awkwardly.
Quincy quietly adjusted his glasses again. "Well, if that's all, we should get going. We don't want to be left on Route 1 in the middle of the night because we stayed here all day, do we?" And with a few আরো words, Torian, Quincy, Charlotte, and Professor Oak parted ways.

"So, guys?" পুডিংবিশেষ started as she stopped walking, causing the two boys in front of her to stop and turn to her. "What is it?" পুডিংবিশেষ felt her cheeks slightly warm up as she began poking her fingers together. "Well, ya'see...i thought that we...should all travel together y'know? I mean, we're all Childhood friends, and we work well together, and-"
"I'm afraid i can't, sorry." Quincy cut her off before she could continue. পুডিংবিশেষ looked to him with a shocked expression, tears on the corner of her eyes. "It isn't that i don't want to, but i feel as if i'll be holding myself back traveling with আপনি guys. I'm sure it'd be fun, but i just have this gut feeling that i need to journey alone."
Torian smirked at him. "I get it bro. আপনি wanna do this on your own, because আপনি know it'll make আপনি stronger, right?" Quincy nodded. "Well then, i'm all for it man." He extended his hand. "Good luck to you, Quincy. I hope we meet again soon!" Quincy smirked, shaking his hand. "Same here."
পুডিংবিশেষ watched the two quietly, before with a sigh, wiped her eyes, and with a smile, walked up to Quincy. "Good luck on your journey, Quincy. and don't forget to check in once in a while, alright?" Quincy smiled at her. "Alright. And good luck to আপনি as well, with the breeding and all that."
Torian suddenly blinked, as if remembering something. "Oh, right! There was something i wanted to ask you, Quincy." He unclipped Charmander's Pokeball from his belt, holding so it was facing Quincy. "Before we বিভক্ত করা ways and leave Pallet Town...."
Quincy seemed to know what he was saying, and with a smirk, unclipped Bulbasaur's Ball and mirrored Torian.
"....I want to challenge আপনি to a battle!"
