Potion help

S, I tried brewing the Swelling Solution a few hours ag. My main problem with potions in general is the heating. Are there any tips অথবা tricks that could help control that? I only use my pewter cauldron for brewing because of it.

Normally, once I get to the right temperature, I rapidly switch between the button that turns the heat up and the one that turns it down. That stops it from getting out of the proper range. I haven't tried the Swelling Solution yet, but I'd imagine that would work for anything.

There's a very narrow range to work with on the Swelling Solution, making it "damn near impossible" to keep in the right range. Not to mention, I used up all my dried nettles in my attempts
