In the old ages, their weren't good pots and utensils as there are now, so how the hell did the Old Age people cook their food?

I mean I'm sure they had pots in that age, but they must have been poorly made with light metals অথবা spoiled easily after cooking little meals. But how did they cook খাবার after their pots were dirty and used? They didn't have dish-wash অথবা scrubs! And water alone couldn't do the trick! Didn't they starve অথবা get sick? I'm curious about your opinions too.

I believe they cooked on rocks and pots over fire. They made soap out of cow lard, so they probably already had soap to use to wash the dishes.
