It's not that bad. আপনি can't eat certain stuff like Gum, popcorn, tootsie rolls, carmel. Sometimes আপনি forget আপনি have them on. On some mornings you'll get markings from your braces on your cheeks. They hurt but it's alright. They suck the first few days but soon আপনি get used to them.

Thank God I don't need them! I can't live a দিন without my gum and what am I gonna have at the movies? Pretzels? :\
