Why do people have such a strong aversion to females having short hair?

No, I think it looks awesome.

I guess it kind of related to the stereotypical "lesbian" look nowadays. Then there could be the whole "it's in style" অথবা "that haircut is sooooo last season" অথবা whatever.
Then, sometimes people don't necessarily look good with short hair. I look absolutely horrific with short hair and I hate it (no matter how manageable), but I have to deal with it for the পরবর্তি couple of months before it grows back.
So it really depends on your situation, whether আপনি look like an "average" lesbian, look horrible in short hair, অথবা if it's in style.
I don't think anyone really cares anymore about whether it's in style, though. :P

Because for hundreds of years its been common for girls to have long hair. Some people are just not used to it yet. That haircut is awesome.

Therefore if you're cutting your hair, you're cutting you're glory

not saying u should have long hair, if u like having short hair then thats ok, u can have short hair..But as for me I like having long hair :)

Come to Honolulu. No one pressures me for growing my hair out. Anyone says that I'll মুষ্ট্যাঘাত them in the face (lol, I'm kidding!). But seriously, maybe its the place where আপনি live অথবা maybe your ethnicity? I know a lot of Asians (like myself) have short hair.
Your hair? Fugging awesome. At least on that person...whoever she is.

I don't think it's pretty. It could be on few people, but I like it long.
