Can sb tell me how does skype work??

My friend has one and i see her making calls from the pc to her বন্ধু abroad and not getting charged অথবা sth..So How does this system work??Does it use the house number to make the calls??does it charge??

No charge. Except if আপনি want to call landlines অথবা phones, then আপনি have to দ্বারা skype credit. Te system works with just one computer connecting to another and webcams and michrophones. No, it doesn't use house numbers. It uses the internet to get connected.
