if I was sad, I like to listen to some musics from Avril Lavigne, Taylor সত্বর অথবা Cascada (or more)...
but I picked the song of my mood, maybe আপনি could forget the bad mood দ্বারা fun activity you've never done :)

To cheer up, I suggest আপনি to listen dance/pop musics. I mean, energetic songs আপনি should listen!
For example, TiK ToK অথবা Take It Off from কেশা would be really good. Or, I dunno, u can listen Christina Aguilera অথবা Britney Spears too. Just listen energetic songs; songs that will make your mind go somewhere else (;
