Explain your opinion on 'txt tlk'.

It's only appropriate when আপনি are either texting অথবা in a chat room.

Otherwise, it's unacceptable. If you're লেখা an যন্ত্রপত্র অথবা posting on a ফোরাম অথবা commenting around Fanpop, আপনি should use proper grammar. Using text-talk makes আপনি sound like an immature eight বছর old, and causes people to look down at you. And that's not to mention that oftentimes it's unintelligible অথবা hard to read. It takes longer for the reader to figure out what you're saying, and therefore text talk isn't the time saver people claim it is.

However, there are a few instances where I don't mind it. The common ones (like OMG অথবা LOL) are fine, because they're used commonly enough that they're well accepted and easily understood.

In short, outside of texting conversations, I hate most text talk.

A few time পূর্বে I actually cared about it, but now I don't.
If they want to ruin their grammatical abilities, fine দ্বারা me. It's their problem if they use it, not mine.

As long as I can understand it, I don't care.

It's Cool But Getting Annoying.

i like using txt talk but when ppl use it back it's annoying! especially if u don't know wat it means!!!My dad reckons that in years and years we're all gonna be speaking and লেখা txt talk!!!!

it makes sense if আপনি are texting, some people are charged per letter and most have a small restriction for maximum amount of characters আপনি can send but when it comes to chat rooms and posts, nobody charges আপনি per letter, your not really saving a significant amount of time, আপনি have a full size keyboard, u dnt need to tlk lik dis w/ ure computer

The আরো Common Ones That Most People Understand Doesn't Really Bother Me, But Some Of The আরো Abstract Ones Are Really Annoying And I Hate It With A Passion. Those Abstract Ones Can Be Really Hard To Understand Sometimes. People Should Grow Up And Use Proper Grammer.

I think that it's just a way that people like to type and it's their choice and if আপনি don't like it then just deal with it. আপনি can't make people stop the way they type. It's not like they actually talk like that! Why do আপনি have to judge people on the way they type? It doesn't make them stupid অথবা immature. It's just a creative way of typing. Do I type like that? As আপনি can see, no. I just don't like typing like that because it's MY choice and everyone has a choice and if people want to "txt tlk" then let them be!

It really annoys me especially because i suck at পাঠ করা it. I usually write in full words but sometimes I use it like "u" (just out of habit) অথবা "brb".
But alot of the time its just frustrating to read.

It takes some time to figure what the hell are they trying to tell me.

It kills all my brain cells.

Using abbreviations, as long as they make sense, is fine.
But using "2" rather than "to" and "4" rather than "for" and misspelling words with full knowledge of how they are spelled and the capability to do so is unacceptable in any situation.
