Help??????? Read description??????!

Me and my boyfriend used to text all the time 24/7 and now he won't text me at all anymore!!!!! He says he "can't text alot anymore" even though he has unlimited texting. I feel like he doesn't care anymore and is just making up excuses. Why won't he text me anymore???? He's never busy, he's always on ফেসবুক for hours at a time, and he texts his other বন্ধু alot and still won't answer mine??? Help!!! I don't want to break up with him because I have a small feeling he still likes me, somewhere deep down inside his heart!!!
