What exactly is a cap?

Apparently it's something আপনি get if আপনি visit the site on a "special" day, maybe like Xmas দিন অথবা something I don't know but I think that's what it is. :)

Well since its close to a holiday over hear its almost valentines day. So my guess is that if আপনি come hear on a certain অথবা special দিন অথবা even a holiday such as Christmas, Saint Patrick's Day, etc... অথবা maby even on a যেভাবে খুশী দিন who knows?
