Talk to a school counselor and maybe a therapist, if it is a real problem they can put আপনি on medication. Believe me, I know exactly what আপনি are going though and I know how to get out of it.
Well, it really all depends on the person. Different, specific things make one happy and diverts one's attention from depression. However, one thing that everyone should learn is that emotions are only mental. They don't control your mind. আপনি control your mind. So, আপনি can choose to not be depressed, but it all depends on your mental state of mind. If আপনি find it difficult to get rid of this depression, then perhaps সঙ্গীত would best suit your need.

Nope, I'm not. However, not many people know how to. It's a skill that must be developed. Obviously, আপনি don't possess the skill either, but I'm not going to insult you, because that's just immature.
Emotions are আরো powerful than any drug. Enough anger can cause আপনি to blackout, and wake up surrounded in dead bodies. Now, unless you've had a lobomaty, this applies to everyone, including you.
Okay, আপনি may believe what আপনি want to believe. I really don't care. But, you're not comprehending what I'm writing, are you? Ask any psychiatrist. They'll tell আপনি that আপনি can control your emotions. Now, just because আপনি don't own this skill, doesn't mean আপনি have to try and disprove the truth so others feel the way that আপনি feel. Yes, emotions are difficult to triumph over, but that doesn't mean they can't be overcome.
