To hold one of those titles আপনি have to contribute many things to the club that আপনি want the medal in. like the bigger the শিরোনাম আপনি want, the আরো answers, picks, questions, প্রতিমূর্তি আপনি need to add, মতামত on and take part in. They're not easy to get, particularly the yellow and red ones- আপনি have to contribute thousands of things to the club, and আপনি basically get them out of the blue when ফ্যানপপ feel like giving আপনি one.
Dedicated: 1-7 pages of videos, pictures, etc.
Dedicated: 2-5 fans (Min.) per row

Remember, this is only how I get dedicated. There are other ways too.
Adding stuff helps, but it takes time. Just wait for ফ্যানপপ to feel আপনি deserve the medal. Speaking of which, I got my dedicated on X Files today yay!
