I will (for the first time in quite a while) overlook your spelling errors.

To answer your question:
Okay, if আপনি actually LOVED the other guy, আপনি wouldn't've ব্যক্ত yes to the first guy. But really. All আপনি have to do is tell him. Say "I'm flattered that আপনি asked me out, but there's another guy. You're really awesome, but I don't think we should be together." Hopefully, he'll get the gist. If not, well... *shrugs* that's his problem, not yours.

আপনি should let him down easy hell be sad but আপনি could still be friends

I'd learn how to spell correctly and not use so many emotional expressions in the sentences to think people would actually care about your problem.

First of all, আপনি shouldn't have ব্যক্ত yes to the guy if আপনি don't really প্রণয় him in the first place. I mean it's not that আপনি don't care অথবা anything but people have their rights to make their own decisions, আপনি know. Whether that guy hates that fact অথবা not, he should respect it.

So you're in a loop hole now. I buy it since বন্ধু usually come to me when they face situations like this. Break up with him, but slowly. If he loves you, he'd understand why আপনি did it. Simple yet very difficult to do.
