যেভাবে খুশী nighttime cramps?

IDK but আপনি should have that checked দ্বারা a doctor অথবা proffessional......not ask people on fanpop....juss saying.

there is only one possible reason for this:
আপনি had a cramp.

It could be due to any of these factors
1. আপনি are beginning your period again due to আপনি using a contraceptive that screws it up, such as the pill, coil অথবা implant
2. আপনি are needing to release your bowels either diarrhoea অথবা your constipated
3. আপনি have been doing a strenuous activity pulling on your stomach muscles such as heavy lifting, stomach crunches etc
4. আপনি have eaten অথবা drunk something funny
5. আপনি have drunk too much coffee অথবা cola which can lead to temporary diarrhoea
6. anxiety - when someone is scared/worried etc it can also lead to having stomach cramps

If any of these are a factor i'd act accordingly, if not and it persists for 48 hours অথবা more, taking in water, the i would advise আপনি go to your doctor.

I dont what to do about that so I would just ask a doctor অথবা your parents if আপনি havent already

Growing pains, maybe? I had a problem just like that recently.
