Actually, the five সেকেন্ড rule is still unhealthy. Bacteria can attach itself to your খাবার even if আপনি pick it up super-fast. I know, I am such a bacillophobia.

^I suppose some foods don't count. Fast খাবার might be one of the such thing that don't count. It's already unhealthy. XD
