Oh gawd. I would প্রতিবেদন them if I knew how. Really. I made a DA to মতামত on other people's work, and I don't have a single clue how to work anything.

Deviations can be reported দ্বারা simply clicking on the artwork and scrolling down. On the side of the screen, you'll see things like "fave", "download", and other things. Go further down, and you'll see something that says "Report Deviation" অথবা something of the sort. Just click on that and put in the needed info.
I'll try and report. It's really sad that dA is one of the main places where art is stolen from. That's why I hardly উঠিয়ে রাখুন anything on there anymore.
