It's fairly well done and it is easy to see that আপনি have a basic grasp of drawing realism. However, this grasp is basic. Try adding a wider variety of value into your work and try to keep your shading consistent and neat, as it is a bit rough at the moment. Also, pay closer attention to the smaller details. That's something আপনি will achieve with practice.

Try coloring the cornea a bit darker and add আরো shadows to get a realistic look and feel to your art.
Also lighten up the pupil to make it shine a bit so that it looks আরো human.

The shading is very nice too.
My only suggestion is to work on that little speck where the light shines directly on. It may just be me, but it seems slightly off. Nothing too major, though.
