Anyone play Halo Reach cause i need help.

ok well for বড়দিন i got an xbox and halo but i suck and need some tips on multiplayer.
i just cant aim right and i have trouble shooting cause i always miss. please please PLEASe HELP ME!!!!!!!!! cause the peeps are making fun of me :(
