pleasee i need serious advice!

i really want to go on a diet to lose weight...not a major one i know i dont need that i just want to lose 10 pounds . I'm 115 i want to go down to 105. but i know i can't do it alone. i want my mom to help me but i'm embarrased to talk to her about it, and i don't know what to do. any advice?

Dieting right now isn't even necessary. 115 is pretty normal for most girls your age. I know a few girls who are in the low 100s অথবা high 90s and they're really skinny. Besides, at this age, it eventually goes away most of the time.

But if আপনি want to diet anyway, আপনি should probably just talk to your mom. And dieting isn't the only thing, আপনি also need to exercise blah blah blah.

uhm, theres nothing i can tel আপনি exept eat less and exersise, আপনি should also eat healthy which is eat a balanced diet and not to much of one thing. thats all i can say and good luck ^ ^

i was doing that and it worked, i was doing badminton, but i stopped because i feel nervous around people

If আপনি want to be healthier, try doing yoga and eating a big breakfast with things like yogurt and granola. Also, eating solid খাবার is better, (example: a carrot vs. a banana), because solid খাবার will keep আপনি full for a longer period of time.
