Do আপনি like my drawing?

It's good. The shading is excellent, and আপনি made the right choice adding some strands of hair sticking out at the side of the person's head. It makes it look slightly আরো realistic. But I have a few suggestions. Do the same with the fringe-add some loose strands. And আপনি should consider adding fine lines along the person's hair for detail. Oh yeah, and if আপনি are going for an anime-style character, please make the neck thinner. That's all. Good luck. ^^
