I'm not sure, maybe listening to your favourite band makes আপনি feel safe?
When I feel scared অথবা uncomfortable, i put on my headphones, listen সঙ্গীত and forget about everything that scares me.

because আপনি just watched paranormal activity 1/2/3 and আপনি are scared shitless soo that helps আপনি sleep:) thats why I do it *hates scary movies*

Because আপনি can't fall asleep with that music? অথবা maybe to আপনি don't have fear অথবা nightmares...
