Go to the homepage, there will be a তালিকা of club categories on the right, right above the তালিকা is a button that says "add a club", hope this helps!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Go onto the ফ্যানপপ homepage and scroll down, on the right-hand side there is a box that says something like 'Browse clubs', পরবর্তি to it is 'Create a club', click on that. Hope this helps :)
