Help quick!

One of my বন্ধু has been really upset and she told one of my other বন্ধু she stayed up all night crying about how bad her life is. She just apologised to all the people she has ever been mean to and when I asked why she ব্যক্ত 'because I give up'. She won't talk to me about it and I'm really worried about her. What should I do?

First calm yourself down and think, "What could be wrong with her?" What could she be hiding?

Then reach out to her. Write her an যন্ত্রপত্র asking her what's wrong, tell her how wonderful she is and how much আপনি value her in your life etc

Call her অথবা something and tell her that no matter what you'll be there for her. It's her choice if she wishes to trust আপনি অথবা not. Remember be gentle, be caring and genuinely listen.
