If আপনি ever heard of a person like this, would আপনি believe they have a pyschological issue..?

This is very important.
I know this boy who is madly in প্রণয় with me. Atleast that's what he says, until after I keep rejecting him (because I already have a bf that I প্রণয় with all my heart) after I reject him, he's starts making multiple accounts to torture me and my FP friends. He makes different accounts and adds me and I add people back. And whenever I add someone back I constantly get hate messages written all over my wall. Such as "YOUR A HUGE WHORE AND YOUR UGLY AF AND আপনি NEED TO GO CHOKE ON YOUR DADS COCK আপনি UGLY DISGUSTING WORTHLESS SHIT" and many আরো harsh words..Same thing gets ব্যক্ত to my bf on here. >_<












I hope this প্রশ্ন isn't annoying অথবা makes me look like a attention whore. I just really need some advice. :/ and a answer. So would আপনি say someone like this is a little....crazy? O_O
