Mythical Creatures?

I am লেখা a story and the main character is a Changeling (some sort of mythical creature swapped in place of a human baby) but I don't know what sort of mythical creature. Does anyone know any good ones?

Not vampires, নেকড়ে-মানুষ অথবা mermaids.
