I know how আপনি feel...I went through the same thing when I was in school. So trust me when I say that there is a 99% (I would say 100%, but I don't actually know you) chance that there is nothing wrong with you. Girls can be so extremely vicious for no reason at all. They'll pick on anyone because they think they can get away with it. They think it's fun. It makes them feel good about themselves. They're bored with their own lives and they want to bring down other people. It has NOTHING to do with you. Please don't believe that you're hated/a horrible person. I did, and that's no way to live. You'll just end up depressed. I hate to see this happen to another person, I really do...If this keeps happening, I honestly say আপনি fight back. I wish I had.

Believe me, if that girl tried to threat me and elbow me, like she did to আপনি I would মুষ্ট্যাঘাত her straight in the face and tell her to F**k off! but I know I would get suspended. If আপনি are caught দ্বারা surprise from behind and she has her arms rapped around আপনি then there are some ways to get out. Simply either STOMP on her foot অথবা kick back on her knee-trust me that really hurts.

For defense like what just happened to আপনি before then *step away from the ice* and use your arms for defense. This is a really good method but if this doesn't work attempt to grab her elbow and *TWIST* it.

A really good self defense সরানো is to elbow her on the kneck. অথবা like most people suggest kick her on the groin!!! This works for both genders.

If she grabs আপনি দ্বারা the arm on the wrist....
Option 1 if your stronger than her: just pull your arm out.
Option 2-if she is stronger than you!: Okay, she's grabbed আপনি দ্বারা the wrist and what do আপনি do? Twist your arm of course! I just did it to myself and it definitely works!!!

The seldefense moves were from wikihow অথবা something like that. Be careful of what আপনি do okay, if আপনি strike first for no reason then who will take the blame?(rhetorical question) If আপনি can, try get some hard, cold, unbreakable footage to prove your innocence!!!
