please HELP me.....

i just woke up this morning and i found some bugs in my bed!!!!!!!! (it's creepy i know)

this is how they looked

they are little, very very little that আপনি can hardly see them, white color and they সরানো slowly (i haven't seen them run অথবা fly)
they are all over my বিছানা :(


if আপনি have any idea what could that be please tell me

mites... they accumulate in beds...(what they are referring to, but some people like me are allergic to them & they do bite even if they are too tiny to see-bt আপনি could SEE these... so IDK)

I have heard বিছানা bugs bite terrible and I have never seen, but I thought they were brown. Maybe some মাকড়সা hatched eggs! Eeewww... I'd call an exterminator, describe, and ask, maybe they would even come look and not charge (evaluation).
