Boy, they really have changed it! I was going to try to answer your প্রশ্ন and say to go to the ফ্যানপপ প্রথমপাতা Page and then to Browze Content, but I see what আপনি mean.

Go to the homepage and scroll down on the right side and it should say "create new club".

Just go to the ফ্যানপপ homepage and click on any of the categories that আপনি see. After clicking you'll see something green that says "Create a new club" somewhere close to the corner.
