HELP! I CAN'T SLEEP!

When summer started I started to not get as much sleep as I would in winter fall অথবা spring. It happens to me every summer. But why summer? Someone please answer me. I NEED SLEEP!

Drink a few cups of a really warm drink. Make sure it doesn't have caffeine, though. (Even though warm চকোলেট puts me out like a light. XD) Sometimes, putting your earbuds in and listening to really slow song helps, too. :D

I've always had trouble sleeping but your problem sounds আরো seasonal.
There could be so many factors about summer that won't let আপনি sleep -
Temperature- if it's too warm অথবা cold আপনি won't be able to sleep, so try opening/closing your windows অথবা getting a অনুরাগী to help regulate the temperature. Another thing i do for my partner when he gets too hot (as he works nights and sleeps during the day) is pouring ice water in a hot water bottle.
Allergies - আপনি could be allergic to something in the air. Nighttime is usually the time of দিন where pollen and other allergies of that sort become lower, but that doesn't mean আপনি won't be affected, especially if আপনি sleep with your window open. If আপনি do suffer from খড় fever try taking anti-histamines before বিছানা to help, অথবা it could be bed-bugs. Check আপনি don't have any and clean your বিছানা and bedroom floor thoroughly to get rid of them.
Anxiety - if you're worried about something that can make sleeping harder as your brain is constantly thinking about it.
I take pills for my sleeping problems but try these ideas first before going to your doctors and asking his help
1. drink warm দুধ with honey / drink camomile চা 30mins - 1 hr before bed
2. don't eat anything too heavy before বিছানা and if you're hungry have a light snack an ঘন্টা before আপনি go to bed.
3. Meditation to calm you, আপনি can find tips on that online
4. Aromatherapy can help - add a little camomile oil অথবা lavender (or perhaps another oil আপনি prefer, just ensure it's light, sweet and not too heavy অথবা spicy) to a ball of cotton wool and place near your bed, put a small amount of oil into a spray bottle of water and lightly spray your bedsheets 30mins before bed, অথবা place a handkerchief scented with oil underneath your বালিশ to help relax you. আপনি could also add the oil(s) to your bath water if আপনি take one before going to sleep.
5. Aerobics - doing 30minutes of light aerobics can help regulate not only your body's metabolism but also wear আপনি out before বিছানা without being too strenuous.
