I'm new here an I have a big question. Click to see it

Ok. So for some reason when I try and sign into my ফ্যানপপ account, it says I can't. And I can't do it in my computer Phond অথবা IPod. So I have to go on my parents phone just to fanpop. I've emailed ফ্যানপপ so many times. Does this happen often?
