What do আপনি think it means?

I complimented the shoes of a guy I like. He ব্যক্ত thank আপনি but after that দিন he never wore them again. It's been about a মাস and a half and now I don't think it's coincidental. He knows I like him so idk what message he is trying to send. But One time he was staring at me and when I caught him, he just kept looking with this blank expression untl I looked away. And anytime he catches me staring, he will keep looking too until I look away. We bearly talk and when we do it's when he asks to borrow stuff from me. And one time when I let him borrow something, he ব্যক্ত " you're the best" which আপনি wouldn't say to someone আপনি know who likes আপনি unless আপনি we're trying to turn them on, right? So I'm just getting a bunch of mixed signals. What do আপনি think this means?

Yeah... people who don't like me like that say "you're the best" to me sometimes. It's actually kind of annoying. xD

Guys sometimes like to lead girls on even when they don't actually like them,or at least that's what I think, and that might be why he was staring at you. Now, don't get me wrong - but if he liked you, wouldn't he have done something once he found out আপনি liked him... Maybe he just wants to be বন্ধু with আপনি and that's why he asks আপনি to borrow stuff and told আপনি you're the best...So,I guess আপনি can try asking him to come hang out with আপনি and your বন্ধু পরবর্তি time?

Yeah, it's best to be বন্ধু first, অথবা so I've heard. So even if they don't end up liking you, আপনি can still be friends, which isn't a bad thing.
