With overwhelming positivity.
It throws them off ʕ•ᴥ•ʔ

Well, I tend to be a lil negative here and there, even when I probably shouldn't.

But there are people that are worse than me at negativity.

i ignore them

Well I usually try and kill them with kindness. But sometimes I will just ignore them.
