HELP ME!!!

This is legit reminding me of the book Les Miserables, because I am পাঠ করা it for English. An innocent man gets accused of stealing apples on a branch from a property, when they actually fell during a storm. He is accused of being Jean Valjean and is going to have to go to prison if he is not proven innocent and that he is not Jean. I am terrible at লেখা too, otherwise I would help you. Umm the first thing to pop into my head would be that this innocent guy has a twin who has been committing some crime (murder IMO sounds the most interesting) but the problem is he can't use his status as a twin as a defense because he was adopted and is completely unaware of having a twin
