Which is better, being the boss অথবা an employee?

As someone who has never really worked, Ill take this the person who leads versus the people who follow order, and I would say Boss.

Though with all the bonuses that come with not having as much responsibilities, আপনি also get the problem with having a lot আরো restrictions.

Also its আরো to my personality to prefer leading than following.

I hate being told what to do. I'll work with people gladly, but I can't stand being told what to do.

Well to be honest there are perks to both sides. While being an employee আপনি don't have to much weighing on your plate while being the manager আপনি have to be in charge of not only yourself but your crew,your restaurant AND yourself! Although on the other hand being the boss rocks because আপনি don't have to do much and আপনি get to tell others what to do all day. So I like being both which I basically am because I am a senior assistant manager at Burger King so all the employees are under me but I have a boss as well so I'm kinda in the middle on this one! :D

employee...because it would be less stressful.You wouldn't have to be repsonsible for firing/letting people go.Yes,you would be making less money,but I couldn't handle the stress and all that responsibility that being the boss which comes with it.

Depends on the job.
