What is your opinion when people hate on characters,things,etc for stupid reasons.

I think they are being illogical. Hating things is fine, for instance I hate ডিজনি because of the lies it slips into its movies, but if I never watched a ডিজনি movie and just hated it because it has princesses in it অথবা something, then that would be stupid.

They have a right to their own opinion,even if we don't agree with their reasons for hating characters,things,etc.

create a club just for the characters they hate for no reason and that's just pure stupidity and what made me laugh so hard that some of them just hate a certain character just to be with his/her friend side ( i support আপনি my friend) lmao

I guess it really depends on the reason. I mean like I say about a lot of things; who dictates what a good and a bad reason is? Maybe someone thinks 'get in the way of my ship' is a good reason. I personally disagree there, but still.

That said; I think it's stupid to hate a character for getting in the way of ships--you may be closing yourself off to a good character. ONCE SPOILERS AHEAD: I প্রণয় Regina/Robin (Once Upon a Time), this woman (Zelena) legit impersonated his wife, banged him, and got knocked up...but she's my third পছন্দ character.
Likewise (KORRA SPOILERS) people kept hating on Asami Sato for hooking up with Mako and ruining Makorra--and this was before Makorra was even a thing! They were hating on Asami before her character was introduced! And I think that's just silly. To not give a character a chance because of a ship and a ship alone.

However (and many disagree on this) I think it's perfectly okay to hate a character for killing your favorite. In my case I typically watch shows for one character (and this only holds true for shows I really obsess over--I really only get that obsessed because of ব্যক্ত character) and if that character dies, what's the point? So I harbor resentment for the character that killed my পছন্দ off.
Though I do think other reasons to hate the character killer would help...certainly couldn't hurt.

And then there are those who hate characters just for being the bad guy; that just grinds my gears. I mean they hate on Bellatrix for killing people অথবা Azula for attacking Aang. But seriously? What do they want, cookie backing and kitten hugging? Where would the plot be without the bad guys doing bad and (dare I say) problematic things? Tumblr in particular is so quick to hate on a character and that character's অনুরাগী because they did xy problematic thing.
In general villains get so much shit and it's really annoying to see as a villain fan. Likewise it's silly to hate a main just for being the main.

I also guess it depends how the opinion is stated, I'm আরো willing to let it slid if the person isn't being a dick about it. I may ask a 'why' অথবা state my disagreement, but I won't be rude if they weren't.

If it's something sexist / racist / etc. like মতামত about appearance ("too busty") I have no respect for your opinion and I WILL call আপনি out for it. Don't judge characters অথবা people for such shallow shit, cmon. Don't vocalize that kind of opinion even if you're thinking it.

Otherwise, I don't give a fuck. আপনি don't like someone bc they get in the way of a ship? It's shallow, but it's your opinion.

It is pretty annoying most of the time they do not even have a logical explanation on why they hate the character.

I ignore. Whatever I feel is ridiculous and stupid, well, it probably is, but often I ignore it, because I went through plenty of arguments on the Bleach club about Inoue and it solved nothing. Even if you're insulting my পছন্দ character, I may tell আপনি to shut up, but that'll likely be the end of it.
