I don't think so, like if I think about someone I don't know, I'm sure they won't be thinking about me. Even if the people I know, they may অথবা may not be thinking about me when I'm thinking of them. Sounds like Telekinesis to me.

And people are saying that that kind of thing is telekinetic and FYI it's not. Telekinesis is moving physical objects with your mind, not putting your thoughts in another person's head. That's telepathic.
