Help me find out what a stop অ্যানিমেশন cartoon is called

I remember watching a cartoon where there is this girl named Raven and she tries to get everyone in her town to vote for her father, Alophone. Raven and her friend showed everyone why they should vote for Alphone. After a while, it shows them in a tree, watching Raven's uncle, Jacob, প্রদর্শিত হচ্ছে a map to Ms. Jackson.

Raven told everyone about it and they manage to get on the radio, where Raven tried her best to imitate the voice of Alphone. The story continued for a while until a few parts were there.

The parts were with Raven's brother and Kookokookomary (I think) were in an airplane, trying to fulfill Raven's brother and his friend's wishlist.
