TRIGGER WARNING: What do আপনি guys think of this picture that I made?

This is a picture I did for a book I'm writing. It's about an orphan boy named Noah that had been in an abusive orphanage in Florida until he ran away when he was eight. These are scars on his back from all the years of abuse, which is a horrible reminder of all he went through, so he can't forget. He wandered from place to place never staying in one place for too long. The longest he ever stayed in one place during those two years was in New York for eight months until he got caught stealing and had to leave before the police could catch him. He eventually came to a small town in Kentucky where he ended up staying because of a boy named Luke that was the same age as him that was getting picked on (Because of his speech problems due to his stutter) and he defended. The two became quick বন্ধু and Noah felt the urge to stay and was slowly growing roots. He also made বন্ধু with a girl his age named Gabriella, an African American girl that lives in a predominately white community that struggles with accepting herself and her identity as a black girl and is the daughter of the Sheriff. Those two eventually find out Noah's secret but promise not to tell and try to help him as much as they can. Noah lives in an old, abandoned, and condemned house in the woods so no one can find him. He doesn't know who his family was because he was found washed up on the সৈকত when he was only a few months old. All he had was a নেকলেস that had his last name on it and a baby blanket with his name and তারিখ of birth on it. As he stays in this small town, he slowly breaks down his walls and even helps his বন্ধু with their insecurities while they also help him learn to break down his walls. He also has a guardian অ্যাঞ্জেল that tries to guide him, though he didn't believe he was a guardian অ্যাঞ্জেল for a long while because Noah হারিয়ে গেছে faith in God when he ran away and is a skeptic.
