Say +100 is a perfect দিন and -100 is the absolute worst day, add values to each thing

Spending good time with my fiance (+10 to 70)
Spending time with birds (+10 to 15)
Taking Time to Watch Birds (+5 to 15)
Photographing Birds (+10)
Hung out with বন্ধু (+15 to 20)
Achievement (+20-30)
Video gaming, Reading, অথবা জীবন্ত (+10)
Good Amount of Sleep (+20)
Good Meal (+10)
সঙ্গীত (+2 for each hour)
Therapy (-10 to +40)
Mental Health Issues (-5 to -70)
Behind on Academic; Stressed (-15)
Isolation (-5 to -25)
Boredom (-15)
Excessive Boredom (-30)

- Partaking in some creative activity

Things that make my দিন worse:

- Boredom
- Being sick
- Stressed over things in my Life
- Sudden mood swings
- Depression
- Being ignored
- Not having gotten enough sleep and being ineffective through any other task for the day
