Love at first sight? No, but I do think She was falling in love by season one, so in those terms I think she was in love with him in the beginning.
I do think from the moment they met they did form a sort of bond, a connection, and throughout the series it and their hidden feelings continued to grow and become every day.

Ranma's love for Akane was love at first sight, I think, you remember "you wanna be friends", he sure loved her first but Akane started to love Ranma by the second season after the mikado incident (that was before the Shampoo incident in the manga) that's why she was so jealous when Shampoo kissed Ranma, so she hated him at the first season for two reasons, n.1 the way he insulted her, I think he's way nicer to her now then he was at the first season, n.2 because she already had someone she likes! So Ranma loved Akane before She loved him but she really loved so much by the second season!

No, but there was instant attraction. At least she really liked being called pretty by him and was always starting fights with him and meddling in his business. I don't think it was all just petty hurt pride for the things he said about her desirability as a woman.
