is there a difference between birtch বিয়ার and root beer? i find there is no difference.

the tastes are different to me...i believe they use different flavorings. Birch বিয়ার uses herbal extracts of birch bark and birch sap and root বিয়ার uses the root of a sassafras plant and also vanilla flavoring.
