Of course! There's not a doubt in my mind, Rosalie would be a beautiful, wonderful mother to her child. She would love, nurture, relish etc. that lucky child like no other mother has ever done before (well, Bella's right পরবর্তি to her). This baby would literally be her heart, along with Emmett :D
