To Begin this will be added to as I receive আরো questions. This is JasoAnime, your শীর্ষ researcher for Rosario Vampire Capu3 Information :D
If আপনি were referred here, due to a previously asked question, all আপনি must do is read the number that they assigned to you. Say I had a প্রশ্ন on why this ফোরাম began, I would look to #1 and it would answer my question.

To begin:
1.)
There has been a little talk on why this ফোরাম exists and why we left the "other forum." Well to give আপনি our side, About a মাস পূর্বে (or longer) nearly the middle of January, the day-to-day information was still being gathered, দ্বারা nearly everyone, this was at the time however when we had only a few people reading, about 10 people. That is when the mistake of sharing it with a few too many people occurred, and others who didn't much care about R+V অথবা were denying that Capu3 would come began to প্রদর্শনী up. I don't remember everyone nor am I going to mention their names. At this time the troll DryElectrix was rather significant but died down after not to long and today still thinks that I am completely gone from any R+V forum. This is why the alternate account আপনি see me using, Benevolence, was created as a way that I could still মতামত under the radar. Define benevolence: a disposition to do good. However the name was another clue Daichi, that is the name of the admin in the other private Japanese ফোরাম who just as well hates the "other forum" for what it has become. The idea of creating a new ফোরাম was suggested back when Dryelectrix was around but never took off. Later near the end of the মাস we began to again get a new wave of members, this was the worst yet. They were now, nearly every day, going off topic on anything that popped into their mind. I was told to sit back a few days, not do anything and see if they could do anything to support themselves. To no avail 1 week later, the ফোরাম hadn't mentioned Rosario + Vampire for pages. (Reference around pg. 400 in the "other fourm")
This is when the true বিতর্ক began, Myself and 2 other large members (I don't know if they are ok with their names being mentioned [T + MV], I'm willing to take any crap though) all saw this as just a disgrace to what has come of the forum. The idea again to create a new ফোরাম was brought up. January 21st is when we made the new ফোরাম still on ফ্যানপপ just so that we could have our own place where the discussions could stay on topic. It was good for about 2 days.. then we were found but দ্বারা that time we had already began to discuss the private ফোরাম and begin development, it was then created and available for new members to come. The rules at the time were anybody that was willing to completely leave the other ফোরাম and help to find R+V info would be welcomed. Everyone came, well everyone but 4. Heliosvr, Jamesistewart, Deus_Mendicant, and AsianGuy. They took the stance that it shouldn't matter they were just keeping the ফোরাম alive দ্বারা discussing other things. (In my own opinion, nothing would have been better, as anybody who visited the site would see nothing but talk of যেভাবে খুশী animes, and absolutely no R+V) this is still true today for the most part. Every once in a while someone will ask if there is any new info on R+V, they of course have none so nothing gets done, the discussion quickly moves to Sora No Otoshimono. In conclusion it just doesn't seem fair to the fans, but on our preliminary forum, FanPop, we remain on topic, make many friends, don't corrupt the minds of our members, and know if we go off topic to get back on.

Quite simply yes, from everything that I have found/ gathered/ পোষ্ট হয়েছে everywhere (not very organized, some information I post, other I মতামত on YouTube vids but forget to post it here so just bare with me). Lets see so we have the video of the website designer updating Gonzo's website. That is quite possibly my পছন্দ piece, but it was removed from YouTube and now is nowhere to be seen popping up again. I'd really প্রণয় to gather at some point all of the info together, like a "what it adds up to" but as of right now that would take আরো time than I would be allotted, so for now Im just going to say to be continued...

3.) Ever since I joined this forum, অথবা even just searching online I always come across one statement আরো than any other... I bet আপনি can just about guess what it is...
The জীবন্ত Capu 2 is nothing like the জাপানি কমিকস মাঙ্গা and is a mockery. Well to explain this for everyone, Ikeda Akihisa, creator of Rosario+Vampire, first makes Rosario Vampire Season 1 as a জাপানি কমিকস মাঙ্গা and completes it, he contacts Gonzo and they agree to animate it, now capu1 is in production. It nearly follows to the word and is a great representation. The জীবন্ত has been created, Ikeda has now just began creating Capu2 as a জাপানি কমিকস মাঙ্গা only about 5 chapters in I'm not to sure on exactly but any way he is no where near done, Gonzo needs to make Capu2 জীবন্ত so they bring Ikeda in and discuss with him and his ideas where he is going to be moving the জীবন্ত and what he plans to do. Capu2 জীবন্ত is made based completely on Ikeda's theoretical manga. As Ikeda is লেখা the জাপানি কমিকস মাঙ্গা he changes the story as most writers do and veers off in a different direction. Capu2 of the জাপানি কমিকস মাঙ্গা is still being made but has a completely different story than the anime. I quite like this, think now আপনি have 2 stories of Rosario + Vampire it's like an alternate ending for a movie. Now this raises the প্রশ্ন well what about Capu3 of the anime. How could they possibly salvage it? Well the idea is that capu 2 of the জীবন্ত will merge with the জাপানি কমিকস মাঙ্গা and finish up until the end of the manga, possibly going a little in to the capu3 জাপানি কমিকস মাঙ্গা and doing a similar thing where they ask him what he is thinking of doing. Again unlikely with Capu3 of the anime, I think it will just be used to catch up to the end of the Capu2 of the manga, then Capu4 অথবা possibly Capu3.5 of the জীবন্ত will be associated with Capu3 of the manga.

4.) Earlier today in the other ফোরাম this was পোষ্ট হয়েছে on the other ফোরাম and I guess I can address it here.

"Holy crap!!!!!! I got a reply যন্ত্রপত্র from gonzo about production of R+V and y it has been so long....ha ha oh this makes me so happy! I got in touch with one of my long Japanese বন্ধু from when i lived there and he took my letter to the company its self and they sent me an email. Down below is what the they ব্যক্ত in the email! I had to translate it to English so ভালুক with my spelling.
Thanks for the letter about your concern regarding the reproduction of Rosario + Vampire. We have been flooding with emails, phone calls, and letters about why Rosario + Vampire hasn't made it to season 3. To tell আপনি the true we didn't plan on making a third season. But in light of the fact that since the end of season 2, we have been getting these emails and phone calls about this matter. I have sent আপনি this যন্ত্রপত্র to inform আপনি that there is a production of season 3. I cant tell আপনি anymore than that but be sure to tell the অনুরাগী of the show, that we hear there cry for আরো an to a sure them that they will be happy with season 3.

It's fake, I translated it and YouMakeMeSad did as well and his translation was a little better than mine :/, but both concluded that all it is, is a generated যন্ত্রপত্র that he typed into গুগুল translator, which gave him the wrong out put, identifying it as very clearly fake. None the less grammar was pretty poor as well, and I doubt a large জীবন্ত company would make simple mistakes. I wish it were true but sadly I would not get my hopes up. Just another thing to consider is that their production office is not readily available to the public, so no যেভাবে খুশী bystander would be able to walk in and give a letter to the president of the company অথবা even just one of their public relations officers. The best part was however that he ব্যক্ত he went to college at age 12... I could not stop laughing! haha Anyway I hope that clears it up.
