They both have different aspects. But each one will grow to become queen. They both have a negative and positive attribute to them: Stubbornness.

Both but usagi becomes neo queen serenity. Chibiusa would eventually be queen if it weren't that neo queen serenity never ages and peace is restored. So usagi will always be queen.

Well they are two different type of characters in general especially in terms of attitude Chibiusa can be a little stubborn at times but she still can be very cute at times..but still Usagi-chan is more of my type of character-she isn't afraid to hold back her feelings and she's a really good character..so I like Usagi-chan better.

Easy. Chibiusa is cuter and smarter, so it's competely logical why I've picked her.
