~Broiled and peeled বেগুন সালাদ ~

This is my most favourite salad. I could eat tones of this stuff, especially in the summertime cause I can use fresh eggplants (the canned ones are no good !)

You'll need : * eggplants * sunflower oil * 1 small পেঁয়াজ * লেবু রস * salt * garlic * tomatoes

1.First, the eggplants need to be broiled on the stove, on open flame. Also, আপনি can grill them on electrical stove until the insides become very soft.
