It is possible for Mobians and regular জন্তু জানোয়ার to coexist? Would they have the same relationship as us humans and animals?

Modern Mobians are technically humans, mutated with the genes of animals. This all has to do with the Xorda attacks that led to the apocalypse of the world we know today. While the comics go into this they don't explain it entirely, but radiation is involved.

The explanation I came up with myself, the Earth Four Explanation, basically says that humans were able to make biological advancements over time through *spoiler* means, and when the Xorda attacked, and radiation ensued, it sealed the mutation-fate, which led to the Mobians of today.


Normal জন্তু জানোয়ার either died, mutated, অথবা barely survived, which is why there are so little জন্তু জানোয়ার in the sonic franchises in general. This is also the reason why there are so little humans also (at least in the comics).

So yes, normal জন্তু জানোয়ার can exist and do exist in Mobiuses. It's hinted that mobians do eat animal meat, hence Chili-Dogs, but it's never directly addressed.


As for pet relationships, yes that is also possible as Sonic himself has (or had) a pet dog named Muttski.


As for protection and zoos, that all depends on how the population of the current Mobius in whatever scenario takes care of the animals.

This also applies to the treatment, but in general they are still seen as জন্তু জানোয়ার for pets অথবা guards দ্বারা both Mobian and Human.

Pets are possible.

The concept is physically possible yes, again, due to the biological breakthroughs, Xorda, and radiation.



The most detailed explanation I use for MY series is with Mobocan. Normal জন্তু জানোয়ার don't exist anymore in Mobocan, and pets are extremely scarce. However mutated beasts are sectioned off in a wild-preserve in Supreta, kept নিরাপদ from the outside world. However Mobocan still has meat in some countries (mainly Supreta and Nekai. Gei Si Heir is completely vegetarian). Nekai has multiple sources, some of which are both morbid and for a later time. Supreta, however, having extreme scientific breakthroughs, have been able to make artificial meats through breaking down resources and nutrients, and re-purposing them, mostly thanks to Melcro as he is responsible for most of their technological and biological superiority.

There ARE still pets on Mobocan, but again, very scarce, and usually kept দ্বারা either the extremely rich, অথবা extremely secluded.
