Part two

The young Lynx had now been searching for উত্তর about the serum for two days, with no answers. At her সেকেন্ড to last resort, she arrived at Melcro Industries. She knew quite a bit about this specific company. It had her in its clutches once.

Melcro was a very exact company, based on finding and capturing any extra-terrestrial life, whether it be from Mobocan অথবা an alien species. At her extremely young of seven, the lynx girl was found at the doorsteps of one of their employees; shivering in the cold and near death.

The man took her in instantly, and nursed her back to health. He later discovered that she had unnatural hands and feet, and tricked her into coming to Melcro with him one day, where she was knocked out and placed in a capsule for further study.

After a year, she had been tested on, probed, dissected alive, and more. One night she escaped, and brought all of her fury down on the building. From there she returned to the streets.

. They spent two years looking for her, until she eventually faked her death. They let off, and she spent the পরবর্তি five years sleeping wherever she could, and getting into tons of trouble with gang-wars, druggies, mobs, and even a terrorist group.

The building was obviously rebuilt now, and the company was very powerful and popular. The girl figured that this would probably be the best place to look for the super-natural. Though she needed a disguise to get in, as not to have her unique stripes recognized.

The following morning, one of the guards disappeared. The guard was wearing a large cap, which blocked her face from view, and a white and blue uniform. This guard’s “replacement” entered the building, then walked straight into the archives. She took out a syringe, then placed its contents in a bio-life-scanner. The screen lit with only one energy signature. It was called “Form-changing, Energy-based-subject”. The image was simply a hooded lynx.

A tall male mobian নেকড়ে walked into the room, and noticed the guard’s unauthorized interest. “Find anything to leak out yet?” He asked. The girl froze. “How do আপনি expect to get out of here? The building is a fortress, and I doubt camouflage will help আপনি now.” The নেকড়ে slowly walked towards the girl.

“Good to see আপনি too, Melcro.” She replied as she faced him, though he still did not recognize her.

“Oh so we’ve met… let me guess… দ্বারা the information on the screen, and your appearance, আপনি must be Project Self. Erasing your records? I doubt that would do any good. You’re big news that no one could forget.”

“If I am, then tell me, what is my DNA composed of?”

“Ah, so আপনি aren’t her. Well you’re still a lynx, but that doesn’t narrow the possibilities down much. But as a congratulation I will answer that one question. She was what the history-books referred to as Chaos Energy. She was our prized catch. We extracted quite a bit of her serum before she escaped… and then it was lost… but now it’s right there, in front of me. And in a suitcase no-less, though a ব্রিফকেস seems a bit আরো appropriate, don’t আপনি think?”

“So this serum is chaos energy? Why is it so… thick?”

“Well it’s not only Chaos Energy. But we weren’t able to discover what the other part of it was. But now we will. And I have finished calling all the guards while we were having this lovely discussion. Now answer this question, who are you?”

The lynx gave a large sigh, then removed the cap.

“Oh ho ho… This is a surprise. Project A-M-Splice-W is what they called আপনি I do believe.”

“I’ve got my info Melcro. I’m going and আপনি aren’t stopping me.”

“You’re right, I’m not. They are.” Dozens of guards, all armed, then rushed into the room and aimed their বন্দুক at the lynx-girl.

The girl gave a scoffing chuckle, then grabbed the syringe and injected herself with all of it. The guards fired instantly, to the point of creating a giant smoke মেঘ from the rubble. Once they finished the smoke cleared, and in front of the lynx girl was a সেকেন্ড person.

It appeared to be female, but not a natural one. She had black fur, with red at the ends of her feet, and a supposedly black face though it was covered দ্বারা a grey hoodie. She was wearing only the hoodie and blue jeans, with no shoes অথবা gloves. She also had glowing red eyes, and an unnerving grin.

“FIRE!!!!!” Melcro yelled. Before any of the guards could, the person let out a giant energy wave, which shot them through the building. পরবর্তি the girl shot through the roof, and decimated the entire structure of the building, before grabbing the lynx girl and teleporting out of range of the destruction.

“Who are you- are আপনি the Chaos energy girl that they captured?” The lynx girl asked.

The girl turned to her, and her eyes faded to pale blue. Her face looked very surprised when she heard this, but simply ব্যক্ত “No.”

“Then who are you?!”

“I’m… a relative of that girl. I like your form. Mind if I use it?”

“Use it? How?”

“Like this.” The hooded girl then transformed her entire self to look exactly like the Lynx girl. “You wanted to know my name right? I’m Rin. আপনি are…?”

“… Rynk.” The lynx girl answered weakly from surprise.

“Nice to meet you, Rynk. So how did আপনি know how to make me appear here?”

“Is that what I did? I just used the chaos goop-stuff, and then আপনি got here… how does that work.”

“It’s super complicated. So who were those dudes I just sploded?”

“Bad-guys.”

“Really? Cool. Well I gotta go now. People to save… অথবা kill… one of those. Maybe I’ll just eat কেইকবিশেষ today.” Rin disappeared before Rynk could even say “Wait, stop!” The lynx girl stood there in a great amount of confusion. She looked down, and saw the suitcase full of the serum at her feet. She grinned a bit, then picked it up, and headed off back to the streets of Semretechs (the city that she lives in).
