Why do people hate Sonic X so much?

I'm trying to figure it out, I think this প্রদর্শনী appeared on 4kids when I was around 11 and I loved it then, but what did I care about জীবন্ত back then?

For now, I think the অ্যানিমেশন style could've been better, it's a little corny and old, but I don't have a problem with the প্রদর্শনী itself. দ্বারা the way, they kind of changed the characters' personalities a bit, Sonic's all laid-back, Amy's a short temper, I don't like Chris. I haven't seen the প্রদর্শনী in a long time, I still প্রণয় the Sonic characters except for Chris, but I don't really know about the other characters.

I don't hate the show, It's OK i guess, but I'm trying to figure out why I see people hate the প্রদর্শনী so much.

FINALLY someone else who g\also thinks that! i can put up with most of Chris, but one thing is inexcusable: HE TRIED TO REPLACE TAILS (my fav character) >:( and for Cosmo: to sum it up, her death was one of the few moments in media that made me legitamately cry (i am talking like 3 অথবা 4 moments ever, and 2 of them are from the PKMN Mystery Dungeon main story endings) i loved Eggman's over-the-top personallity, and while he wasnt really evil, it was nice to see him get a আরো laid back personallity (I always saw this version as the Precursor to the modern দিন Eggman) and Knuckles too, except opposite changer in personallity (ARE আপনি CRAZY!?). the প্রদর্শনী gave a better portrayal of Chaos and Tikal than even the games, same goes for Gerald, Rouge, Cream and Cheese, and Emerl (almost made me cry). ....still wondering if they ever plan on doing something with Dark Sonic (god that was badass)...

And before anyone says that 4Kids ruined Sonic X with the dub, keep in mind that they're catering this প্রদর্শনী to KIDS. They're not marketing it toward teenagers and grown men and women. Besides, the voice অভিনয় wasn't THAT bad (it's definitely better than anything Ocean Productions churns out).

I was not into জীবন্ত back then so my opinions are basically the same as yours.
I'd প্রণয় to watch through them again though if they'd put the প্রদর্শনী on AnimeFreak.tv to see if I'd enjoy it as much as I did when I was like 11 - 12.

oh yeah and not to mention they made Sonic an anime. i প্রণয় জীবন্ত don't get me wrong. but Sonic was a lot better in the West and he and জীবন্ত don't mix well. plus Sonic X was আরো of that fake জীবন্ত

1) Chris does kinda come off as a Mary-Sue (or in this case Gary-Stu) and can be annoying and useless. In the 3rd Season he's much less annoying and useless as he has the mentality of a teenager making him আরো capable of taking care of himself. Problem is, as much as I like Cosmo she does kinda replace Chris as the useless one until the last few episodes.

2) 4Kids is NOCTORIOUS for horrible জীবন্ত dubs, so most people দ্বারা default would dislike it.

3) They mixed up the characters personalities a bit, most notably being Sonic being way too laid back and Amy's প্রণয় for Sonic bordering on obsessive teamed with her quick-fuse temper.

Not much else I can say as this is all I can think of.

um...Amy's always been like that, she just hadn't been in a প্রদর্শনী before now. honestly she was very unique. she made আপনি laugh and hate her at the same time.

Yeah, it is a bit corny and childish. But it's a KID'S show, created for a young age group. It isn't supposed to have complex characters and some deep,intense plot. (..Sonic doesn't have that anyway.) It's a simple প্রদর্শনী with simple characters, like any other kid's program.

tldr; If আপনি don't like how immature it is, then don't watch.. because chances are it wasn't created for you.
